We are India’s most loved brand in our segment. Our journey began from a 10X10 feet store, driven by the realization that there were very few options available to fulfill the fashion requirements of plus-size beauties. Often, they were greeted with the disheartening statement:

“INKA SIZE TOH YAHA NAHI MILEGA”

Starting from an Instagram page with an initial investment of INR 50,000, we have faced numerous challenges to enhance our skills and build a happy customer base. Today, we are a rapidly growing team of 50+ people, supported by a dedicated production team. We have a trusted customer base of 2.5 lakh women and a strong presence on all major social media platforms, with 445K followers on Instagram and 59K on Facebook.


What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and versatile individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to our CEO. This is a critical role that requires a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, resourceful, and highly confidential individual capable of managing a wide range of responsibilities, often with minimal supervision.  This role demands a deep understanding of all facets of our business and the ability to act as a key liaison between the CEO and the entire organization..




What You Will Be Responsible For:



  • Executive Support:
  • Comprehensive calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Attending all CEO meetings, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Managing and executing product video & photo shoots with models and celebrities.
  • Assisting with annual offline sales events.
  • Supporting business expansion efforts, including research and coordination for retail outlets at different locations.
  • Managing and executing various projects as assigned by the CEO.


  • Human Resources & Administration:
  • Heading the HR, Administration, and Operations departments.
  • Handling the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, firing, training, and performance management.
  • Ensuring compliance with all government/labor laws and managing payroll processing.
  • Managing employee relations and addressing employee concerns.
  • Overseeing general office management, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.


  • Operations & Projects:
  • Understanding all work and workflows within the organization.
  • Identifying and implementing new tools and technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Overseeing the construction work of ongoing projects/factories, including negotiations with contractors, laborers, and workers.
  • Managing and executing various operational projects as required.



  • Legal & Finance:
  • Possessing knowledge of basic accounting operations and ensuring proper maintenance of the accounting database and timely payments.
  • Reading, managing, and executing various legal and non-judicial contracts.
  • Handling all legal queries and notices received from any government department.


  • Communication & Liaison:
  • Acting as a bridge between the CEO and all departments within the organization.
  • Communicating effectively with employees of all profiles and designations.
  • Acting as a manager for any department and handling its work in the absence of the concerned department manager.


  • Leadership & Management:
  • Training employees as needed.
  • Acting as a holding hand, decision-maker, and self-managed personality.
  • Demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
  • Possessing deep knowledge of all processes and tools across all departments.


  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and various other software applications with different user interfaces.


Who You Are:


Qualifications:

  • A master's degree is preferred, however an experienced person with a bachelor's degree can also apply.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, including HR, administration, finance, and legal.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including working on holidays and weekends.
  • Experience in the garment manufacturing or e-commerce industry is a plus.
