  • 2-7 years of experience in a similar role

Roles And Responsibilities

  • MUST Have Good Verbal and Written Communication (English)
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the internal departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and information dissemination.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records.
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner

Qualifications

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Certification Required

  • Professional certification in Executive Assistance or Office Management is a plus.

Behavioral Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Basic understanding of IT terminology and concepts.
