- 2-7 years of experience in a similar role
- MUST Have Good Verbal and Written Communication (English)
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the internal departments, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and information dissemination.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files and records.
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Professional certification in Executive Assistance or Office Management is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and concepts.
