Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex schedules, handling communications, and making informed decisions that enhance the efficiency of our operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries as necessary.
Communication Management
Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing emails and WhatsApp communications.
Ensure timely and accurate flow of information to and from the CEO.
Task And Project Management
Oversee and manage tasks using the ClickUp tool, ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist in prioritizing tasks and projects to align with company goals.
Reporting And Compliance
Ensure all departmental reports are compiled and submitted on time.
Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the organization.
Decision-Making
Exercise good judgment in making micro-decisions to facilitate daily operations.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using task management tools like ClickUp.
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Familiarity with the bag and luggage industry is a plus.
