Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Data Integration & Transformation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration pipelines, transforming raw data into meaningful information that can be used to drive business decisions. This role involves working closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand their data requirements, and using various tools and techniques to meet these needs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and experience in data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into a unified view.
• Collaborate with data analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain and optimize data systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement data transformation rules, data validation processes, and data quality checks.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Strong understanding of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and structures.
• The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
• Understanding of data modeling and database design.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.
• Familiarity with data integration tools like Informatica or Talend.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality management.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and data science techniques.
• Understanding of business intelligence concepts.
