About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with a strong blend of business acumen and technical expertise to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing systems, and implementing technology-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to implement solutions.
  • Design and document end-to-end business process workflows and system architectures.
  • Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, or process optimization.
  • Participate in solution architecture discussions, helping to shape scalable and secure systems.
  • Coordinate and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and ROI evaluations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including data flow diagrams, entity relationship models, and system integration plans.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security protocols, data privacy standards, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Work with project managers to oversee technology-related initiatives including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure enhancements.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of tender submissions including proposal writing, documentation review, costing, and client communication.
  • Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative tools that support the organization's strategic goals.

Technical Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with BPM tools, UML, and Use Case modeling.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), or core banking systems.
  • Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with API integration, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and Microservices architecture.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps pipelines is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

  • Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, PRINCE2, ITIL, or PMP are a strong plus.
