The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project, and evaluating the cost to take on that project, preparation of estimates, BOQ and DPR for civil & MEP of projects. The candidate must be able to read Cadd drawings anc calculate areas/ quantity from the same. The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Estimates, BOQs and DPRs.
• Area / Quantity Calculations from Drawings
• Maintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding process
• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Obtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimates
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Solid understanding of construction projects, stages and specifications.
• Must be able to read and take out details from DSR & Analysis of rates.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (excel, Word etc) and Google Spreadsheet.
• Familiarity with blueprints and ability to read plans
• 1 - 3 years' of construction experience preferred
