Estimation Engineer

We are seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer – Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles, material estimation, and project documentation based on AutoCAD drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Quantities and Estimates:

• Extract and calculate quantities for all activities (civil, structural, architectural, etc.) directly from AutoCAD drawings.

Cost Estimation:

• Assist in preparing detailed estimates for projects including materials, labor, and time involved.

Bill of Quantities (BOQ):

• Create, verify, and update BOQs in coordination with project and site teams.

Drawing Interpretation:

• Accurately read and interpret AutoCAD drawings to identify all project elements.

Documentation & Reports:

• Prepare and maintain estimation sheets, progress reports, material reconciliation, and other project documentation using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Coordination:

• Coordinate with design teams, purchase departments, and site engineers for clarifications and material verification.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience must be exclusively from the real estate sector (residential/commercial projects).
• Should be well-versed with construction methodologies and standard practices in real estate.
• Ready to work from Varanasi location.
