ERP Analyst

This individual will be relied upon for the implementation and coordination of new and/or ongoing projects as they relate to critical business applications in our international locations. This person will work on multiple projects reporting to the ERP Project Manager as a bridge between management, stakeholders and cross-functional teams tasked with the execution of the project. We are currently working on implementing several large projects replacing key functional software within the SAP B1 Ecosystem.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Organization of Enterprise System Projects for all International Affiliates – Working with internal and external resources ensuring project success through good planning and collaboration with staff from various functional departments. This will help set the direction of the company’s initiatives.
• Project Responsibilities
• Support all International End Users on a daily basis
• Plan and implement project details in planner: Define project scope, goals and deliverables, milestones, tasks and identify responsible parties
• Establish a testing plan with key functionality and performance criteria that need to be defined
• Create a comprehensive training plan with standards for team members
• Lead affiliate implementation/change methodically to achieve a successful implementation on time
• Establish cooperation between IT and the ERP team/stakeholders/executive management
• Lead quality assurance on software releases
• Communicate progress and detailed issues and/or risks to timeline via a periodic work status report to management and stakeholders.
• Implement and manage change process when necessary to meet project outputs
• Assist, manage and update documentation requests; Ie Business Processes, Testing Plans,
• Create and track specific issues from testing and go live of implementation
• Identify and report on project risks and scope management
• Working with key stake holders to make sure deliverables are clear, concise and followed through on.
• Coordinates quality assurance, user acceptance training and roll out of software release
• Assists and participates in product backlog, sprint, and release planning
• Work with external resources to implement technical solutions
• Responsible for maintaining System process alignment within the International Affiliates
• Participate and contribute to various special projects and special assignments.
  

Education/Experience Required

• Successful implementation of an SAP B1 or equivalent ERP for midsize business. Preferably 5 years on implementation experience
• Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business (Accounting) and/or Information Systems degree
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Computer Skills Necessary

• Experience with SAP B1 or equivalent ERP for midsize companies
• Project Management software like MS Projects/Planner/Monday
• Microsoft Office Applications
  
  

Work Environment

• Working in a high-energy office environment with several ongoing projects while supporting a growing business.
  
  

Travel

• Visits to other international offices are necessary to provide planning and implementation assistance and support to all users within the company. There is a reasonable level of expectation for travel at least 50% of the time.
