• Source candidates through various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and documentation.
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and understanding client requirements.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
• Recent graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
• Candidates from Medak or surrounding areas are preferred.
