Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the sourcing, screening, and hiring of top talent for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to learn the recruitment process and build a successful career in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
- Identify potential candidates using a variety of sourcing methods including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening & Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Job Posting & Advertising:
- Post job openings on various platforms and ensure job descriptions are up to date and aligned with client requirements.
Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Database Management:
- Manage and update the candidate database and track applicant details through applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Client Collaboration:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Offer Management:
- Assist with drafting offer letters and communicating job offers to selected candidates.
Recruitment Reporting:
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, number of hires, and source effectiveness.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
