Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The Entry-Level Recruiter will assist in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for various roles within the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other online platforms to fill open positions.
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and match them with appropriate job openings.
• Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Initial Interviews: Conduct phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Job Posting: Create and update job advertisements across various platforms to attract the best talent.
• Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience during the recruitment process.
• Data Management: Keep detailed records of candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment progress in the company's database.
• Offer Assistance: Help in preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates, following up to ensure acceptance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
