Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals starting their career in recruitment and looking to gain experience in the talent acquisition process. The Entry Level Recruiter will assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates, providing support throughout the recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Use various platforms such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract potential candidates.
Job Postings: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Communication: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and feedback.
Database Management: Maintain an organized candidate database, ensuring accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities.
Interview Assistance: Assist in conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Recruitment Administration: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including tracking interview outcomes and managing interview feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
