Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are new to the recruitment field and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet job requirements.
Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Job Posting: Help create and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates for open positions.
Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
Candidate Communication: Manage communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Recruitment Support: Provide general support to the recruitment team, including preparing interview materials and assisting with other administrative tasks.
Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop recruitment skills and gain knowledge about industry best practices.
Market Research: Conduct basic research on industry trends and recruitment practices to support the team's efforts.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to understand hiring needs and contribute to recruitment efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing a degree in these areas.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in recruitment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
