Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is perfect for individuals who are new to the recruitment field and eager to start their career by supporting various aspects of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to build a strong pool of potential candidates.

Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they attract qualified candidates.

Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and fit for open positions.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient and smooth process.

Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates to provide updates, gather necessary information, and answer preliminary questions.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including maintaining candidate databases, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating initial training.

Recruitment Metrics: Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and job market conditions to support recruitment efforts and provide relevant insights.

Learning and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
