What We Do
FlytBase is a Physical AI software platform that powers autonomous drones and robots globally.
Our cloud, edge, and on-premise solutions enable drones and robots to operate 24/7 at oil refineries, solar farms, rail yards, and industrial sites—detecting threats, predicting failures, and keeping operations running. FlytBase intelligent platform helps orchestrate fleets of third-party drones & robots, correlating data from multiple sensors and systems, and using AI to predict problems before they happen.
Fortune 500 companies & other large enterprises like CSX (Rail-roads), Anglo-American (Mining), Statnett (Utilities), Dole (Plantation), Asheville - North Carolina Police Department (Public Safety), Discovery Land (Real-estate), Xcel Energy (Solar) are leveraging FlytBase globally to run autonomous operations on their industrial sites.
We've deployed our software at 300+ sites globally and have the largest 50+ channel partner & drone system integrator network in the world. Our platform removes human operators from the equation, transforming off-the-shelf drones into intelligent agents that work with existing infrastructure.
The Role
As an Enterprise Sales Associate at FlytBase, you'll be far more than "sales support." You'll be an Enterprise Account Manager —running both inbound and outbound SaaS sales motions, owning enterprise accounts, and working closely with senior sales leaders to close multi-stakeholder SaaS contracts.
This role is global—you may be allocated to North America, Europe, Latin America, or APAC based on need. It's a chance to build enterprise sales muscle early in your career while working on frontier technology.
What You'll Own
• Manage enterprise accounts directly and via channel partners.
• Handle inbound leads from trade shows, events, and marketing campaigns—qualifying and converting them into enterprise opportunities.
• Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, ABM tools) to target enterprise accounts globally.
• Maintain CRM discipline: clean pipelines, accurate projections, and deal tracking.
• Support and co-own enterprise SaaS deal cycles: technical evaluations, security reviews, PoCs, and contract structuring.
• Drive multi-stakeholder follow-ups (CIOs, IT, Procurement, Ops) to ensure progress.
• Collaborate with product, solutions engineering, and marketing teams to align customer needs with FlytBase's roadmap.
• Evangelize FlytBase's category-defining SaaS platform to enterprises globally.
Best Suited For
• 2+ years in SaaS B2B enterprise or account management.
• Proven experience managing both inbound + outbound sales cycles.
• Hands-on with channel partner + direct enterprise account management.
• Exposure to technical/security/product SaaS sales: integrations, compliance reviews, or PoC support.
• Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or equivalent).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
• AI-native mindset: you use AI for research, outreach, pipeline forecasting, and deal strategy.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering (CS, IT, Electronics, or related).
