Description
Build, Lead and coach diverse engineering teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture while providing technical vision and strategy.
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide guidance on software development practices, ensuring adherence to best practices and effective implementation of various development and testing methodologies.
Manage all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to development, automation, testing, and deployment.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements within engineering teams and promote the adoption of Agile methodologies for improved efficiency and quality.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team productivity and project success, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Mentor team members to foster professional growth, enhance technical skills, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project objectives, progress, and challenges.

- Exeriance with .Net, Angular, Microservices and Cloud
- Experience in any of the regulated domain and its processes is an advantage.
- Lead and coach a diverse set of engineering teams; Provide technical vision and strategy for the team.
- Good understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with a variety of development & testing techniques / methodologies
- Expertise of working in all phases of SDLC including Developing, Automation & Testing along with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Experience in Building and Managing a high performance teams with excellent People Management skills.
