Your impact
oProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
oSupport in critical decision making required for clients.
oCoordinate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
oCollaborate with business development team to secure new projects.
oConduct technical reviews and risk assessments.
oUnderstand the market and have engagement with clients and sales team to enable early engagement on the right opportunities.
oRepresent Jacobs in technical meetings, conferences and industry connect events.
Here's what you'll need
oExtensive experience in domestic projects (highways, railways, urban infrastructure).
oProven experience in proposal preparation and bidding for government and private sector projects.
oStrong knowledge of IRC, IRS, IS codes, and MoRTH specifications.
oAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Here's what you'll need
- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (specialization in Structures preferred).
- Experience
oExtensive experience in domestic projects (highways, railways, urban infrastructure).
oProven experience in proposal preparation and bidding for government and private sector projects.
- Technical Skills
oStrong knowledge of IRC, IRS, IS codes, and MoRTH specifications.
- Soft Skills
oAbility to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
