The Opportunity
We are currently looking for a Engineering Manager~
To coordinate, design and facilitate the implementation of projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Responsible for the overall objectives of project delivery attaining of scope, quality, budget, and timeline.

We are currently looking for a Engineering Manager~

Qualification~
- Bachelor of Science Degree, ICT or similar
- Project Management certification/accreditation
- At least 12-14 years of industry experience
- Experience building distributed systems, and microservices.
- Strong technologist with experience in Java, spring boot
- Must have worked in Agile
- Must have managed teams of at least 15-18 people.
- Experience in Utilities domain will be an added advantage.
- Cloud native development experience would be a plus.
- Good knowledge of best practice software development methodologies, including Agile practices
- Good knowledge and experience in relation to project management practices, tools and methodologies
- Evaluation of alternatives and ability for decision making.
- Financial familiarity for budget risk management.
