The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Engineering Manager~

To coordinate, design and facilitate the implementation of projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Responsible for the overall objectives of project delivery attaining of scope, quality, budget, and timeline.

What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you)~

Qualification~

• Bachelor of Science Degree, ICT or similar
• Project Management certification/accreditation
  
  

Experience~ 12-14 years

• At least 12-14 years of industry experience
• Experience building distributed systems, and microservices.
• Strong technologist with experience in Java, spring boot
• Must have worked in Agile
• Must have managed teams of at least 15-18 people.
• Experience in Utilities domain will be an added advantage.
• Cloud native development experience would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of best practice software development methodologies, including Agile practices
• Good knowledge and experience in relation to project management practices, tools and methodologies
