Responsibilities
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
- Leading project teams and ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals
- Managing project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement activities
- Monitoring project progress and performance, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution
- Implementing best practices in project management and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing regular project status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master's degree or additional certifications in Project Management or related disciplines (preferred)
