We are looking for a Engineer Welding and NDT to join our Group at Endress + Hauser Flow India

What is the role about?

This role focuses on improving welding quality and ensuring compliance with ISO 3834 standards. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining welding machines, integrating power sources and robotics into Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and overseeing the proper documentation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Welding Performance Qualifications (WPQ), and records according to ASME and European standards. The role also involves working closely with customers to understand their requirements, addressing welding-related queries, and creating detailed weld plans to meet various pressure conditions.

Which tasks will you perform?

Work For Improvement of Welding Quality

Maintenance of ISO 3834 Standards

Perform Welding Machine Development Activities

Integration of Power Source to Special Purpose Machines (SPM)

Integration of Robotics to Special Purpose Machines (SPM)

Proper Maintenance of different documentation such as WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) , WPQ (Welding Performance Qualification),WPQR (Welding Performance Qualification Record) as per the standards of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and European Standards (EN)

Working for Understanding customer requirement and getting clarifications related to welding as per different welding pressure conditions

Creation of Weld Plans

What do we expect from you?

Qualification:

B.E. / M.E. B.Tech. / M. Tech. Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy from a reputed Engineering Institute with excellent academic record with min. 5 Years of Experience.

Certifications

IWE (International Welding Engineer) (3 Year)

NDT Qualification (Level 2)

Radiographic Testing

Penetrant Testing

Ultrasonic Testing

Visual Inspection

Surface Tech

NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers)

Painting Certification,

Surface Quoting

Corrosion
