  • Working knowledge of IT asset management.
  • Handling software for installation of windows based software.
  • WAP(wireless access point).
  • Troubleshoot operating system, VOIP/voice mail, and LAN/WAN issues
  • Responsible for responding to staff /user calls on Hardware/ Software issues.
  • Responsible for Mail, Outlook, Installation, Configuration & Support.
  • Implementing and configuring the corporate LAN environment.
  • Desktop Support & Management.
  • Vendor Management, Asset Management
  • ERP Support, Office 365, MS Teams
