What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Develop and implement quality procedures and work instructions.
- Conduct process audits and ensure compliance at WH.
- Conduct incoming inspection for raw materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product quality issues in a timely manner.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality-related matters and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001,TL9000, Etc).
- Graduates with 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferably Diploma / BE / B.Tech
- Proven experience in Product & Process, preferably in electronic manufacturing or WH.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools such as FMEA, control charts, and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in quality management and statistical analysis tools. (8D, G R&R, MSA, Etc)
