To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Engineer – Quality located in Chennai (Sriperumbudur)

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Develop and implement quality procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct process audits and ensure compliance at WH.
• Conduct incoming inspection for raw materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve product quality issues in a timely manner.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations for product defects and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality-related matters and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001,TL9000, Etc).
  
  

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Graduates with 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferably Diploma / BE / B.Tech
• Proven experience in Product & Process, preferably in electronic manufacturing or WH.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools such as FMEA, control charts, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in quality management and statistical analysis tools. (8D, G R&R, MSA, Etc)
