JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a qualified Production Planner to prioritize production according to demand and quality standards. This position will be responsible for production planning activities which requires good communication and digital literacy are very useful for the role.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine workforce, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Work order attainment to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
- Address issues when they arise striving for minimum disruption
- Acquire output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized
- Collaborate with Procurement, customer care and production, quality control, warehouse and other staff

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Experience from actuator, controls & instrumentation industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in engineering with 0 - 2 years Industry experience.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with written, verbal, and social skills.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
