Job Description: (Immediate requirement)
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical, Experience: 8-14 years in a Consulting / Engineering (EPC environment) preferable in Water Industrial effluent treatment and Hydrocarbon / Chemical / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas sectors.
Required Candidate Profile
The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering. The candidate should have full time work experience of 5-8 years.
- Experience with pressure vessels, tanks and Heat exchanges preferable in Water Industrial effluent treatment and Hydrocarbon / Chemical / Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas sectors
- Knowledge of PVELITE tool and Manual design calculation using Section VIII, Div-I
- Good coordination skill with all the other Engineering disciplines, engineering sub-contractors, Vendors, and construction teams.
- Study of ITB document in detail and identification /application of project specific salient points
- Experience in preparation of Inquiry & Purchase technical specifications, review of vendor drawings, coordination with various disciplines such as Process, instrumentation, piping, civil, electrical, vendors and clients.
- Fully conversant with international design codes for pressure vessels, heat exchangers and storage tank
- Good knowledge of major industry practices
- Codes and Standards (e.g. API, ASME, HI, NFPA, PIP etc.)
