Cloud Fundamentals : Proficient in AWS and Azure core services including VPC, Subnets, VNets, NSGs, Route Tables
Network Design : Experience in designing hub-and-spoke, transit gateway, and hybrid network architectures
Connectivity : Strong knowledge of VPNs, Direct Connect (AWS), ExpressRoute (Azure), site-to-site IPsec
Security : Implementation of NACLs, Security Groups, NSGs, Application Gateway/WAF, Azure Firewall
Load Balancing : Familiar with ALB, NLB (AWS), Azure Load Balancer, Application Gateway, Traffic Manager
DNS & Traffic Management : Experience with Route 53 (AWS), Azure DNS, custom domain routing, failover setups
High Availability & DR : Design of redundant, fault-tolerant cloud network topologies across AZs and regions
Monitoring & Logging : Familiarity with CloudWatch, AWS VPC Flow Logs, Azure Monitor, Network Watcher
Infrastructure as Code : Hands-on with Terraform or Bicep/ARM for automating network provisioning
DevOps Networking : Network automation via CI/CD tools; integrating network provisioning in DevOps workflows
Hybrid Network Integration : Design and support of networks bridging on-prem and cloud via VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN
Cost Optimization : Knowledge of network cost drivers (data egress, NAT Gateway, etc.) and optimization techniques
Troubleshooting : Proficient in diagnosing packet loss, latency, misconfiguration across multi-cloud
