Design and development of motors specifically for UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) and electric vehicle applications. Required to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop high-performance motor solutions that meet stringent requirements in efficiency, weight, and reliability.
- Design and optimize motors for UAV and electric vehicle applications, focusing on performance, efficiency, and thermal management.
- Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for motor design and simulations.
- Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations to validate motor designs.
- Build prototypes and oversee testing to evaluate motor performance against design specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to assess efficiency, torque, speed, thermal characteristics, and reliability.
- Analyze test data and make necessary design adjustments.
