We Are Looking For Someone Who Can
- Produce design ideas, create technical plans for prototypes using CAD or CAE software
- Analyze and manage multiple design-related issues to identify root cause
- Carry out simulations of products for new and prototype projects using in-house software
- Attend design reviews to present design ideas and to discuss and critique alternative design solutions
- Make and track design changes on existing products
- Maintain control of Bill of Materials (BoM), CAD Models, and Engineering Drawings
- Undertake special projects as required
- Support technical staff and/or junior engineers
- Document and present progress at project meetings and to clients
- Find cost-effective solutions by researching concepts
- Meet customer targets and deadlines for product development
- D.M.E., B.E. degrees
- At least 3+ years experience in design & development of automotive and industrial parts
- Strong knowledge on IATF apart from exposure to OEM approval processes including product testing, especially with respect to automotive OEMs
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- EV segment knowledge
- Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs.
- A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements
- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 (Depends on Skill and Experience)
