Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong problem-solving abilities

Prior Experience In Chat Or Email Support Preferred

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week offs
