Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Research new products
- Work on field visits to the manufacturing unit on a requirement basis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, design) to drive product development projects from conception to launch.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Government Coordination:
- Liaise with relevant government bodies to facilitate the approval process for new products.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and requirements to ensure compliance.
- Oversee testing protocols and procedures within the R&D facility.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to validate product performance and safety.
- Analyze test results and prepare comprehensive reports on findings.
