Your Key Responsibilities

• Software development (PLC Programming - FBD) using Siemens S7-Classic, TIA Portal, LOGO
• Software development (HMI Programming) using WinCC Flexible and TIA Portal
• Basic Knowledge for Safety IO and Failsafe PLC Programming.
• Prepare Risk Assessment together with mechanical designer and electrical designer and Identify needs of Safety circuit and Safety components accordingly
• Software development based on inputs of Mechanical design, Standards, Electrical Design, Risk Assessment, Pneumatic Drawing, and previous project reference
• Prepare Offline programming as per Schaeffler standard software, carrying out simulations and perform offline test to minimize commissioning time
• Machine Commissioning and installation of Assembly modules, Washing Module, Measuring Modules, Interconnections, feeding systems at Special Machinery and Production plant
• Co-ordination with HQ for installation of OS and License software in Industrial PC for Machines
• Configuration of Schaeffler measurement systems (MSG, KUE, GPG, GPR)
• Ensuring the quality and complying with deadline and cost specifications
• Preparing experimental setups and equipment without design specifications
• Training to operating and maintenance personnel
  
  

Your Qualifications

Education: Diploma/B.E in Electrical /Electronics

Job experience: 7-8 Years

Languages skills: English

Knowledge of SAP / PC: Basic

Technical knowledge: Software development of Machine in Siemens or Automation Projects.
