Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Conga CPQ Business Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and optimization of Conga CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will act as a functional expert (SME) on Conga CPQ and ERP integrations, bridging business requirements with technical implementation to streamline sales operations, pricing models, and contract lifecycle management.
This is a full-time remote role that requires strong analytical ability, deep CPQ process knowledge, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ configurations.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will act as a functional expert (SME) on Conga CPQ and ERP integrations, bridging business requirements with technical implementation to streamline sales operations, pricing models, and contract lifecycle management.
This is a full-time remote role that requires strong analytical ability, deep CPQ process knowledge, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga CPQ configurations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to quoting, pricing, and product configuration.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Conga CPQ and ERP systems, ensuring solution alignment with business goals.
- Design and optimize product models, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows in Conga CPQ.
- Conduct end-to-end system testing, validation, and support business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams following Agile methodologies.
- Work closely with Salesforce development and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between CPQ, CLM, and ERP systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and functional specifications.
- Perform system audits and enhancements to maintain high performance and data integrity.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support to ensure system adoption and operational efficiency.
- 7- 9 years of total experience, with 3- 5 years of hands-on Conga CPQ and ERP system support experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Conga CPQ/CLM, including product modeling, pricing configuration, quote management, and approval processes.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data model, automation tools, and integration capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in requirement analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Proficiency in Agile methodology, including creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint participation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
