Job Description
- To ensure that all the facilities under EFM business are fully operational with all utilities functioning properly and maintained at a high level of standard. 2.Responsible for developing and monitoring budgets and long-range facilities plans based on growth objectives and future needs. 3.Develops long and short range Operations plans/programs aligned with approved budget for the purpose of ensuring that resources are effectively utilized. Shall review operational costs and processes for potential cost saving. 4.Monitor and controls the overall planning and maintenance for all EFM client’s facilities and upkeep them and achieve SLAs for all systems and services including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, plumbing, and waste management. 5.Develop , Document & Establish SOPs. 6.Create and implement functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develop policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. 7.Approve and oversee Business Associates involved in EFM Operations and delivery of services. Ensures all operations comply with all laws and regulations. 8.Inspects the sites and supplies for the purpose of ensuring that jobs are being handled efficiently and effectively. 9.Presents information for the purpose of communicating information, gaining feedback and ensuring adherence to established internal controls. 10.Vendor Development & Business relationships with OEMs
