Job responsibilities
- Promotion of Apprenticeship program
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes of fresher Apprentices
- Maintain the equipment in the workshop and labs.
- Maintain records of Apprenticeship training.
- Conduct upskilling & reskilling training for existing workforce.
- NCVT /Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering / Trade with 10 to 15 years of experience
- Ability to read, explain and wire complex electrical circuits
- Knowledge of product testing
- Basic Fitting Knowledge
- Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of machine tools
- Knowledge of Safety practices.
- Knowledge of Motor, Transformer winding
- Knowledge of Power electronics
