Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Education Counsellor to join our team at Hybriticinfo. This role involves providing guidance and counseling to clients on our various training solutions, aligning with their individual or corporate needs. The job locations include Anantapur, Hosur, Kolar, Chennai, Pune Division, Delhi, and Andheri. This position requires good communication skills, a flexible and diplomatic attitude, and strong customer relationship management abilities.

Qualifications And Skills

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in cold calling to reach out to potential clients and introduce our training services.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and track customer interactions.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships through consistent follow-ups and support.
• Flexible attitude in working with different clients, understanding their unique requirements, and providing suitable solutions.
• Diplomatic approach to handle client concerns and queries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counseling to clients on various training solutions offered by Hybriticinfo.
• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to inform them about our training packages and programs.
• Manage and update client information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored training solutions.
• Handle client queries and concerns diplomatically, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Conduct follow-up calls and meetings to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align client needs with our training offerings.
• Prepare and present reports on client interactions, feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
