Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated eCommerce Intern to assist in managing our website and marketplace accounts. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in digital commerce, product management, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on mykathgodam.com and marketplace platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Upload and edit product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory details.
• Monitor order flow, returns, and customer queries on marketplaces.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for promotional content and campaigns.
• Track and report sales performance and marketplace KPIs.
• Assist in SEO optimization for product pages.
• Ensure smooth execution of daily eCommerce operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (preferably in Commerce, Marketing, IT, or related fields).
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., is a plus.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work from our Gwalior office.
