Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal product listings and user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with marketing, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools; generate reports on traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
- Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords for search engines (SEO).
- Manage social media and online advertising campaigns to drive traffic to the e-commerce site.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
