Spotify is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Growth team in India as part of the Early Career Program (ECP). This immersive 24-month program is designed to introduce early career talent in India to the exciting world of audio streaming and the dynamic strategies that drive user growth at Spotify.
As an Early Career Program participant on the Growth team, you will play a vital role in contributing to our efforts to acquire, engage, and retain Spotify Premium users in the Indian market. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute your fresh perspectives, and directly impact our growth initiatives. This program offers dedicated learning and development opportunities, mentorship, and various team-building and social activities to ensure a comprehensive and engaging experience within Spotify's vibrant culture.
The Growth team at Spotify India is at the forefront of expanding our premium user base and deepening engagement. This includes exploring innovative offer strategies, premium initiatives, and marketing approaches; analyzing user behavior; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful growth.
We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and collaborative individual who is eager to learn about growth marketing in a fast-paced environment and contribute to Spotify's success in India.

What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of growth marketing campaigns across various channels relevant to the Indian market.
- Assist in analyzing campaign performance, identifying key trends, and providing data-driven insights to optimize growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, international growth, strategy, proposition, and analytics, to implement growth initiatives.
- Contribute to the exploration and testing of new growth channels and tactics specific to the Indian audience.
- Support and manage vendor relationships as needed.
- Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate growth performance and key findings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and the digital landscape in India.
- Actively participate in learning and development opportunities provided as part of the Early Career Program.
- Applicants should ideally be undergraduate or postgraduate degree holders with 0-2 years of experience, demonstrating a strong interest in user and revenue growth.
- A highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with an aptitude for understanding data and drawing meaningful conclusions (basic Excel skills are a plus).
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where critical thinking and adaptability are essential.
- Passionate about music, podcasts, digital media, and the entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with the Indian digital landscape and consumer behavior is a plus.
- You will be based out of our Mumbai, India office.
