The Role:

We are seeking a Dy. Project Director (Civil) for our Bhopal Metro project

• Reports to the Project Director
• Share with the Project Director the overall responsibility for the management execution of the project in accordance with the contract, technical, budget, program and quality requirements.
• During the absence of the Project Director inherits all the accountability and responsibility of the project Director.
• Be the single point of ownership for the project during Defect Liability Period.
• Deputy Project Director will act as a Risk Manager and will be responsible and owner of Risk Management Process, he shall get support from Risk, Governance, Compliance & Reporting Expert on this particular topic.
• The Deputy Project Director will act as Stakeholder Manager, and he is responsible to ensure the D&B Contractor has a structured approach in identifying and involving people or bodies (internal and external) with an interest in the Overall Bhopal Metro Rail Project and its outcome.
• The key activity is to Assist, monitor and ensure timely submittals of all documents from the D&B Contractor to all government departments until obtaining the final permits necessary to proceed with the works through final completion.
• Interface with Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Any other responsibilites that will be assigned by PD/TL/DTL/Resident project manager Head - Projects Acquisition and Delivery or his authorized representative
• Adhering to all compliance and auditing requirements for the conduct of ethical and transparent operations including the compliance to all DB E&C policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Qualification: Graduation in Engineering
• Minimum experience: 20+ years post qualification
• Mandatory requirement - 5+ years experience in Metro rail projects
