What's the Role:
Reporting directly to the Product Sourcing Systems & Compliance Lead, you will collaborate closely with other departments to meet all documentation needs. Your work is crucial in maintaining an organized and compliant documentation system that supports the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Product Sourcing team.
You are tasked with managing and maintaining all documentation related to the Product Sourcing function. Your responsibilities include ensuring documents are accurately controlled, stored, and distributed to support the efficient operation of the Product Sourcing team. You play a vital role in ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards and is easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.
You will maintain a central document repository and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. You will implement document version control procedures and update templates as needed to maintain accuracy and currency. Training and supporting staff on document control procedures is also a key part of this role.
Collaboration with Product Sourcing, QA, and engineering teams is essential to meet documentation needs and support operational efficiency. You will develop and maintain schedules for document reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance and accuracy.
Finally, you will ensure that all documentation meets audit requirements and supports both internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring it complies with regulatory standards.
Key Technical Criteria:
- Diploma or Certificate in Document Control, Records Management, or a related field.
- Certification in document management systems is preferred.
- Proven experience in document control, preferably within a manufacturing or sourcing
- environment.
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS) and version control
This role can be based in Xuzhou or Coimbatore.
