Could you be the full-time Fire & Smoke Analyst in our dynamic team?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll contribute to ensuring the safety and compliance of our products by conducting thorough Fire & Smoke analyses. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Safety, Manufacturing), setting safety targets and ensuring adherence to standards and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of the Fire & Smoke Report, BDI approvals, and PV monitoring, but also contribute to product development specifications.

We’ll look to you for:

• Delivering Fire & Smoke analysis compliant with QCD work packages commitments
• Setting relevant safety targets for both internal and external development
• Ensuring the right deployment of standards, tests, and simulations for Fire & Smoke requirements
• Managing the MARIE database effectively
• Applying and supporting Alstom processes within the Group
• Contributing to the enhancement of methodologies, simulations, and data management tools

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Experience or understanding of the railway industry or Fire & Smoke domain
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Familiarity with project planning and management
• A certification in safety or risk assessment is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven time management skills and a sense of priorities
