Our Engineering team is the driving force behind CoinDCX’s innovative products and platforms. We tackle complex challenges to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that power the future of digital finance. You need to be a HODLer of these

Experience:

• 15+ years in QA/Performance Engineering with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing 50+ engineers in high-growth fintech/financial services companies.
  
  

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in large-scale distributed systems testing .
• Expertise in performance, load, stress, soak, and chaos testing frameworks .
• Solid understanding of system design validation and non-functional quality metrics.
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments (AWS/K8s) , CI/CD, and observability tooling.
  
  

Domain Knowledge:

• Strong fintech/financial services background (trading platforms, payments, banking, etc.).
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance needs in financial applications.
  
  

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Exceptional people leadership, mentoring, and organizational scaling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, able to influence engineering and business leadership.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  
  

You will be mining through these tasks

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and grow the QA & Performance Engineering teams (50+ engineers across QA, automation, and performance).
• Define the long-term strategy for Quality Engineering and Performance testing aligned with business growth and regulatory requirements.
• Establish a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence in testing at scale.
  
  

Quality Engineering

• Drive automation-first mindset across functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Ensure end-to-end system validation for trading, payments, custody, and compliance flows.
• Own test strategy for large-scale distributed microservices and high-throughput APIs.
  
  

Performance & Scalability Engineering

Lead design and execution of performance testing for systems expected to handle 1M+ TPS with <50ms latency.

Build frameworks for continuous performance benchmarking and capacity planning.

Partner with SRE, DevOps, and Product Engineering teams to proactively identify and fix bottlenecks.

Non-Functional Testing (NFR)

• Ensure robust coverage for reliability, availability, failover, recovery, and disaster resilience.
• Champion security, compliance, and data integrity testing within QA processes.
• Oversee system design testing, chaos testing, and fault injection frameworks.
  
  

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Partner closely with Product, Platform, and Security teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide executive-level reporting on quality, resilience, and risk posture.
• Influence cross-functional teams to adopt best practices in testing, monitoring, and release validation.
