Job title : Director – Product Management

Work Location: Hyderabad or Chennai (open to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune)

Work Arrangement: Requires a minimum of 9 working days per month from the Chennai office, with the remaining days flexible to be worked from any of the other listed locations.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager with 1 8 + years of expertise in driving product innovation, aligning business goals with customer needs, and managing high-performing cross-functional teams. This role requires deep knowledge of domain , strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful products in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

What Will You Do

  • Strategic Product Leadership
  • Define and articulate the product vision and strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Foster a shared understanding of product objectives and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Manage and communicate project milestones, risks, and outcomes effectively.
  • Product Development & Delivery
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value.
  • Collaborate with Scrum teams to refine and define clear, actionable user stories.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Performance Analysis
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
  • Continuously monitor product usage and feedback to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Mentorship and Leadership
  • Mentor junior Product Owners and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Lead by example to build a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing product team.

Who you are :

  • Experience:18+ years in product management or ownership roles, with a strong portfolio of successfully launched products.
  • Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (MBA or equivalent is preferred.)
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Expertise in market research, product design, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).

Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO).
