Director of AI Product Management, Trilogy (Remote) - $200,000/year USD

Contract type: Full time
Remote
You have launched a software product from the ground up, and you understand that meaningful product work extends far beyond the initial release. You are someone who navigates ambiguity without needing a blueprint, diving deep into user needs, problem spaces, and domain knowledge until a clear direction surfaces. Your focus is not on maintaining backlogs or completing specifications—you seek ownership of significant goals and the freedom to pursue them with velocity, clarity, and precision.
Trilogy is redefining the approach. Your role isn't to "own the roadmap." It's to deliver one thing: a tangible, measurable business result. You receive a single, well-defined objective—an outcome that should occur when users engage with the product—and your mission is to achieve it. You will cultivate deep domain knowledge using AI as a collaborative partner and user feedback as your guide, translate these insights so both team members and AI can act on them, and navigate the product through rapid, evidence-based cycles until the goal is reached.
You will join a team that values impact over activity and substance over process documentation. Your work will be grounded in user data, agile feedback mechanisms, and incisive judgment. If you are ready to move beyond conventional PM routines and reshape the discipline itself, we invite you to apply. We are building the future of product management.
What You Will Be Doing
Director of AI Product Management key responsibilities
Hundreds of software businesses run on the Trilogy Business Platform. For three decades, Trilogy has been known for 3 things: Relentlessly seeking top talent, Innovating new technology, and incubating new businesses. Our technological innovation is spearheaded by a passion for simple customer-facing designs. Our incubation of new businesses ranges from entirely new moon-shot ideas to rearchitecting existing projects for today's modern cloud-based stack. Trilogy is a place where you can be surrounded with great people, be proud of doing great work, and grow your career by leaps and bounds.
