- Oversee and manage tax compliances for both Direct and Indirect Taxes across all jurisdictions.
- Handle tax filings, compliance, and litigation across both domestic and international entities.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing policies for the group, identifying and addressing key risk areas.
- Ensure compliance with Arms Length Pricing methodology in related party transactions.
- Formulate and execute strategies to resolve direct and indirect tax litigations.
- Implement tax-efficient entity structures to optimize the tax position of the company.
- Manage tax reporting under both Ind AS and US GAAP standards.
- Oversee compliance requirements for SEZ (Special Economic Zones) and STPI (Software Technology Parks of India).
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Skills/Experience Required
- 15+ years of experience in handling both Direct and Indirect Taxes in a large company, preferably with international subsidiaries.
- Extensive knowledge of Transfer Pricing, International Tax, GST, and other relevant tax regulations.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong ability to collaborate across functions.
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring projects is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships.
