Proven experience inglobal IT Operations Support, handling bothregional and local teams

Hands-on knowledge oflicense management, including usage, renewals, and compliance
Acts as aSubject Matter Expert (SME),providingtechnical advice to stakeholdersacross the organization
Capable of makingindependent technical decisionswith significantbusiness impact
Demonstrated experience working incross-cultural environmentsandcross-functional teams
Effective inteam leadershipand collaboration withvarious management levels, particularlyL4 to L5
Years of experience is not a primary filter– we’re keen to evaluate how well the individual handles real-world situations, challenges, and business needs
