- Acts as aSubject Matter Expert (SME),providingtechnical advice to stakeholdersacross the organization
- Capable of makingindependent technical decisionswith significantbusiness impact
- Demonstrated experience working incross-cultural environmentsandcross-functional teams
- Effective inteam leadershipand collaboration withvarious management levels, particularlyL4 to L5
- Years of experience is not a primary filter– we’re keen to evaluate how well the individual handles real-world situations, challenges, and business needs
