Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the digital marketing team, sales team, and external vendors to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across digital channels, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry influencers and partners to amplify brand reach and visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools and technologies and recommend new tools and platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree and any related field in Marketing, Communications.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that drive results.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tactics, and best practices.
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analysis tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
