About the Role

We are launching Miracle of Mind, a transformative app designed to help people worldwide unlock their inner potential through guided meditations and spiritual practices inspired by Sadhguru’s wisdom.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving app installs, engagement, and user retention through paid marketing strategies. If you have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app-specific ad platforms, and want to be part of a purpose-driven mission, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies to scale the Miracle of Mind app, driving user acquisition, in-app engagement, and retention.

Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and app-specific ad platforms.

Optimize ad performance through data-driven analysis, A/B testing, and audience targeting.

Work closely with the creative team to craft compelling ad copies and landing pages optimized for conversion.

Utilize app tracking, measurement, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, Singular) to ensure accurate performance tracking.

Monitor daily campaign activities, adjust budgets, and optimize spend to maximize ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, content, and product teams, to refine strategies and improve user acquisition & engagement.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically with app install & engagement campaigns.

Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other app-specific ad platforms.

Strong understanding of attribution models, tracking tools (AppsFlyer, Singular, Firebase), and Google Analytics.

Ability to create high-performing ad copy and creatives that drive conversions.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and campaign reporting.

Passion for marketing, learning, and scaling digital campaigns.
