About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our online student recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to attract high-quality leads and increase student enrollments in our study abroad programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a data-driven digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall student recruitment goals.
- Conduct market research to understand target student demographics, interests, and online behavior.
- Oversee all aspects of search engine optimization (SEO) for the company website and landing pages.
- Manage and execute pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, META Ad, social media advertising).
- Develop and implement engaging content marketing campaigns (e.g., blog posts, webinars, infographics) to attract and nurture leads.
- Manage and maintain a strong social media presence across relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote study abroad programs.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the education sector.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition for qualified leads.
- Manage and potentially train a team of graphic designers and content writer.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC advertising, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for international education and a strong understanding of the study abroad market preferred.
