Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Create and manage online advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
• Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility.
• Manage social media accounts, engaging with followers and building community.
• Analyze data and generate reports on campaign performance against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Implement and analyze email marketing campaigns for effectiveness.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create engaging and effective content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Monitor and manage online reputation and customer reviews.
• Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on data.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experiences across multiple channels.
• Identify critical conversion points and optimize user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners as needed.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or masters degree in marketing or a related field.
• 1 year of working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Strong skills in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on major search engines.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences.
