Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Executive for our Digital Marketing team based in Thiruvananthapuram. This is a full-time position where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and attracting new audiences. The ideal candidate will have rich experience in digital marketing strategies to foster our growth and mission. Must demonstrate proficiency in SEO, SEM, and Analytics, and be able to apply advanced marketing techniques to drive sustainable success.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in SEO, SEM, and Analytics (Mandatory skill), with a proven track record of improving search engine rankings and optimizing advertising strategies.
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing to engage with the online community and effectively promote our vision across platforms.
• Experience in Content Marketing, with the ability to create compelling and informative content that resonates with our audience and encourages exploration.
• Strong background in Email Marketing to design and execute campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
• Skilled in PPC Advertising, capable of managing pay-per-click campaigns that align with our business objectives and budget.
• Ability to develop a Digital Strategy that integrates various marketing channels to maximize reach and ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to fine-tune marketing efforts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a small team and contribute to our shared goals.

• Plan and deploy social media marketing campaigns that engage and grow our community of travel enthusiasts.
• Create and manage content that is both informative and engaging, aimed at fostering a sense of curiosity and adventure.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Plan and manage PPC campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive quality conversions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
